How to start using our services? +
To start using our solution, simply purchase a Patreon subscription and create your own model. For model preparation, we recommend the intuitive Polycam app, which makes the process much easier.
Do you offer a trial period? +
Yes, we offer a 7-day free trial so you can test our services with no obligation.
How long does service activation take after registration? +
The service is activated immediately and automatically after completing the registration process.
Does your solution work on iOS and Android? +
Yes, our solution is fully compatible with both iOS and Android devices. You can use it without any restrictions on most smartphones and tablets.
Is my data safe? +
Login to our system is done through a secure connection with the Patreon server, ensuring a high level of security. Your data is encrypted and stored according to best privacy protection practices.
What payment methods do you accept? +
Currently, payments are made exclusively through the Patreon platform, which supports card payments and PayPal.
What happens if my subscription expires? +
When your subscription expires, the assigned QR code is temporarily blocked. After renewing your subscription, the same QR code is automatically unblocked — it does not change and retains full functionality.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time? +
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time – with no additional fees.
How can I get a VAT invoice? +
Create a Patreon account with your company details and use a company card for payment. To download the invoice, go to the "Payments" section and download your invoices.
Can one QR code be assigned to multiple models? +
No, each QR code is assigned to a single model. However, you can create multiple QR codes for different models.
What if I lose my QR code? +
No problem – you can download it again from the management panel.
Do I need a special app to scan the QR code? +
No, a standard QR scanner app available on most smartphones is sufficient.
What are the system requirements for your app? +
Our solution works with basic requirements – you don't need anything special.
Can I share my account with other users? +
No, the account is assigned to a single user and cannot be shared.
Are your services available outside Poland? +
Yes, we operate worldwide – with no geographical restrictions.
Do you offer integration with other systems (e.g. ERP, CRM)? +
No, we currently do not support integration with external systems.
